Job Description:
Primary Function: Responsible for managing a collegiate testing environment that ensures students registered with Student Accessibility Services (SAS) receive equitable access to disability-related accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) and university policies; coordinates logistics of exam administration, including scheduling, materials management, and proctoring, while maintaining the integrity and security of the testing process; leads the implementation and support of department-related and assistive technologies, providing training and consultation to students, staff, and faculty; maintains accurate records and ensures confidentiality in accordance with FERPA guidelines; and contributes to departmental initiatives, assessment activities, and broader student support services.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social work, family services, instructional or educational design, computer science, or related field plus at least one year experience working in an educational or human services environment required. Fluency with computer applications and workplace technology; strong oral and written communication skills; strong organizational and critical thinking skills; and demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with various populations also required. Experience working in a college/university setting; experience working in the testing, technology, or other related field; experience navigating specialized software; experience working with individuals with disabilities; and/or knowledge of prescribed standards and guidelines in test administration preferred. Student experience will be considered.
