Position Title: Sales and Design Specialist

Job Description:

Are you passionate about sales and have a keen eye for design? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Design Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service while also utilizing your creative skills to design custom solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Drive sales by actively seeking out new leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Utilize our design program to create customized solutions that meet client specifications and budget requirements.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-installation follow-up.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project management and timely delivery of services.
Travel to clients' residences within our designated service area.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong drive to exceed targets and goals.
Ability to take initiative and work independently to generate leads and close sales.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and software programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Creative mindset with a passion for design and attention to detail.
Prior experience in closet design or related fields is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
