Job Purpose:
Oversee and drive the overall progress of programs, managing budget, milestones, communication, risks, issues, and interdependencies.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of program timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program management documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define value and align strategic goals.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.
- Represent and advocate for cross-functional initiatives at senior leadership forums.
- Initiate and manage projects from planning through execution, including creating RACI matrices, execution plans, milestones, and risk assessments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 5 years of senior program management experience.
- Strong background in retail industry projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.
- Proactive, confident, and goal-oriented with the ability to drive projects independently.
- Skilled in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
