 What You’ll Be Doing…

 As a key member of our operations team, you will:

  • Plan and procure raw materials, MRO, services, and facility needs
  • Execute MRP and review exception reports to support production schedules
  • Use planning tools and data to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet service and financial targets
  • Set and manage safety stock, reorder points, lead times, and delivery frequencies
  • Implement lean practices such as JIT and Kanban
  • Create and manage purchase orders and coordinate outside processing
  • Collaborate with planners and manufacturing to resolve material or supplier issues
  • Manage supplier performance, including corrective actions and forecasting
  • Develop supplier scorecards and track key supply chain KPIs
  • Support product stewardship and develop category expertise
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies
  • Participate in workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety initiative
  • Embody and promote ICARE values

What We’re Looking For…

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, analytical supply chain professional who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
  • Has 1–2 years of procurement experience (5–7 years for Senior level)
  • Demonstrates strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Possesses excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Has experience with contract management and ERP systems (JD Edwards E1 a plus)
  • Is APICS, Lean, or Procurement certified (preferred)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces continuous improvement
  • Can lead, influence, and collaborate across teams and with suppliers
