Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair a variety of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, split systems, and refrigeration components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex commercial HVAC issues with precision and efficiency
- Recommend and sell system upgrades, maintenance plans, and ancillary solutions to meet client needs
- Deliver clear communication and provide top-tier customer service to commercial clients
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of commercial HVAC service, sales, and repair experience
- Strong technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration
- Experience in recommending and selling ancillary solutions, such as energy efficiency upgrades and indoor air quality products
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling preferred
- Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry advancements
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined or elevated spaces
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
