What You’ll Do:
Production & Machine Operation

• Operate and assist in the setup of food processing equipment (mixers, conveyors, cookers, freezers, and packaging lines)

• Conduct regular quality checks (appearance, temperature, portion control)

• Support team goals for safety, productivity, and efficiency

• Accurately complete production reports and communicate with team leads

• Assist in training of new employees under guidance of "A" Operator

Sanitation & Cleaning

• Clean and sanitize production lines and surrounding areas to USDA, FDA, and internal standards

• Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively (SDS knowledge preferred)

• Ensure facility is audit-ready at all times

• Follow all GMP, HACCP, and PPE protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months of experience in a food manufacturing or sanitation role

• Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, and food safety procedures

• Comfortable working around equipment, in hot/cold/wet environments

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and push/pull lugs up to 500 lbs

• Ability to read, write, and understand English (basic computer skills a plus)

• Must have or be willing to obtain CCP1 and/or CCP2 certification
