Synergy Care is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist for an open full-time position in Waco, TX. This is a skilled nursing facility.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
