About the role:
We are seeking a Tax Director! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the company's cost segregation and R&D practices.
We are seeking a Tax Director! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the company's cost segregation and R&D practices.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate all aspects of Cost Segregation services workflow, from proposal to report delivery and client review
· Coordinate all aspects of R&D Credit services workflow, from proposal to report delivery
· Provide tax technical support to administrative and sales staff
· Administrative duties as necessary, including HR and IT
· Assist in marketing efforts where technical tax knowledge is needed
· Ensure cash collections from clients
Qualifications:
· MS in Taxation is a bonus. CPA or EA designation is required.
· Minimum three years' experience in US Federal tax compliance and preparation
· Experience in real estate-related tax issues is a bonus
· R&D credit calculation experience is a bonus
· Strong leadership qualities
· Ability to work under pressure
· Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a bonus.;

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $84,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
