Job Description
What You’ll Get to Do
The Customer Service Assistant is focused on providing excellent support to internal and external customers and reports to the Customer Service Manager.
This role is perfect for an individual who has excellent communication and problem-solving skills along with a positive friendly demeanor. A vital member of the Customer Service Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Job responsibilities include:
- Meticulously enter customer order and other information, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Accurately enter and maintain records, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Responsible for handling first-line external inquiries
- Efficiently scan and digitize physical documents, ensuring high-quality electronic copies and organized storage
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years office support experience
- Excellent organizational skills, ensuring all tasks and projects are managed efficiently and deadlines are met
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
