Outside Sales Representative- FieldForce Equipment Rentals & Services
FieldForce- Full-Time | Municipal & Industrial Services | Regional Travel Required
About Us:
FieldForce, a division of Keystone Clearwater Solutions, provides engineered pumping and power solutions across the Northeast. We support municipal, construction, and industrial clients with rentals, services, and emergency response for pumps, compressors, generators, and water management systems.
The Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth by building relationships, generating leads, and securing new business for FieldForce's Equipment Sales & Rentals and service offerings. You'll identify opportunities across the municipal and industrial sectors, lead proposal development, and ensure clients receive tailored, effective solutions. This position reports to the Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship building
- Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to understand customer needs
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and work orders in coordination with internal teams
- Track and report weekly sales activity, pipeline progress, and proposal outcomes
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to drive brand awareness
- Maintain active prospect list and develop strategic sales call plans
- Monitor industry trends to position FieldForce as a preferred vendor
- Coordinate due diligence efforts, job walks, and site evaluations as needed
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
- Recommend marketing and outreach strategies based on regional insight
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferred)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within region
- Occasional overnight travel required
