Job Description

As an Oracle Order Management/Operations Functional Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Order Management solutions to meet business needs This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, and seamless integration with other systems

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Develop and configure detailed solutions for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements

Implementation: Apply Oracle methodology and leading practices to implement Oracle products and technology

Project Management: Lead projects end-to-end, including requirement analysis, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and change management

Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Order Management applications

Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for users and stakeholders, and create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides

Required Skills:

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle ERP applications, especially in modules like Fusion Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other SCM Cloud Modules

Consulting Experience: Several years of consulting experience with a strong understanding of industry best practices and multiple business processes

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client handling skills are essential

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle SCM applications

Certifications: Relevant certifications like Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite are advantageous
