The Job
The Junior Software Developer will work as part of the Development team.
The role will work alongside the rest of the Development and will collaborate with members from Data, Frontend, Testing, DevOps and Product as well as other internal departments such as Technical Support, Training and documentation.
This role places emphasis on a willingness to learn and make progress towards gaining technical knowledge in all programming languages used by Aroflo as well as in the AroFlo product. This role will report directly to the Development Manager.
What You'll Do
To assist in design, development and maintenance of AroFlo's web based application(s).
Learn, understand and use the programming languages used by AroFlo (Java, PHP or C#)
Learn, understand and use the AroFlo product, including the architecture and coding patterns / styles
Exposure to any Mobile Apps - we use Flutter (Nice to have)
AI exposure/interest
Liaising with and helping the Development team to ensure architecture, code patterns and knowledge is shared
Working together with the Development Team in ensuring all systems remain operational and secure
Helping, when required, in designing, implementing, and releasing new features
Working together with the Development Team in discussing, designing, implementing, and releasing bug fixes
