- Direct all aspects of the clinical engineering program, including compliance, team leadership, and quality assurance

Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications: CBET, CHTM, or similar credentials preferred
- Experience:
- 5+ years overseeing biomedical services in large-scale healthcare settings
- Strong background in regulatory standards (CIHQ, DNV, JCAHO)
- Proven success working with executive leadership on clinical initiatives
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in medical equipment maintenance, repairs, and capital planning
- Proficiency in budget oversight and vendor negotiations
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities
