We're excited to offer a new opportunity for a full-time, benefit-eligible Wellness Coach to join our team - this role is based in the Waterville area and will be embedded in a dynamic partnership with a local industrial site, supporting Occupational Health efforts. This is a unique chance to bring health and wellness programming directly into the workplace, engaging with employees on-site and helping them build lasting, positive habits. Job Description:

• Serve as a mentor, educator, and advocate for personal health and wellness
• Collaborate on developing and implementing wellness activities that promote overall health
• Deliver engaging group sessions on topics like stress management, healthy living, and prevention strategies
• Offer one-on-one coaching to help individuals identify goals, overcome barriers, and maintain motivation
• Track outcomes and participant feedback to continuously strengthen the program
• Provide insight and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Health Coaching Certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and a motivational approach to working with diverse individuals
• Critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently

This is a 40-hour, weekday position based in Waterville, ME, with full benefits. The role is part of our Sports & Wellness job family and offers the opportunity to make a real impact in partnership with Occupational Health teams in an active, on-site industrial setting.
