Be the First to Paint the Future at United Alloy- Union, OH

Are you ready to make your mark-literally and figuratively? United Alloy is launching a brand-new facility in Union, OH, and we're looking for our first-ever Painters to help bring it to life.

This is more than a job-it's a chance to be part of something from the ground up. As one of our inaugural painters, you'll play a key role in shaping the quality, culture, and success of our newest location.

Shift: 3rd Shift 11:00 pm- 7:00 am, Sunday- Thursday (OT as required)

What You'll Do

  • Apply powder coatings with precision and pride
  • Maintain and troubleshoot paint line equipment
  • Ensure every product meets our high aesthetic and quality standards
  • Collaborate with a team that values trust, agility, and clear communication

What You Bring

  • Experience with powder paint application and metal fabrication
  • A sharp eye for detail and a steady hand
  • Ability to read blueprints and operate tools like calipers, cranes, and paint guns
  • A positive, team-first attitude and a commitment to excellence

Work Environment: Ability to perform in a manufacturing environment that may have high noise levels, dust, chemicals, oil, and grease. Ability to work in an environment that may be either hot, cold or humid.
