- 协助注册营养师确保所有餐食符合Seen Health参与者的治疗和文化饮食需求。
- 在必要时更新饮食卡片和饮食清单上的信息。
- 依据点心菜单、份量控制、饮食指示和时间要求，准备并提供上午和下午的点心。
- 按照食品存储规范，接收、处理并妥善保存供应商配送的食品。
- 严格按照Seen Health政策和流程，测量、监控并记录食品配送时的温度，确保食品安全且符合温度范围。
- 根据饮食要求、补充剂需求、适应性设备使用说明及份量标准，以适宜温度准备并供应上午及中午的餐食。
- 为Seen Health的冰箱和冷冻库内的所有易腐食品，包括预包装的居家送餐食品，规范贴标并注明日期，确保食品新鲜安全。
- 定期检查库存，补充物资，并监控相关有效期。
- 协助注册营养师（RD）完成餐食、点心、食品供应品、补充剂、厨房库存及清洁用品的订购、跟踪及配送工作，及时下单补货，保障厨房高效运转。
- 与注册营养师保持密切沟通，及时反馈营养相关问题。
- 严格执行清洁及卫生规范，确保厨房环境安全、整洁且舒适。
任职资格
- 加州ServSafe和食品处理员认证。
- 至少一年食品服务或食品准备经验。
- 能够在快节奏的环境中合理安排优先级。
- 优先考虑具备中英文沟通能力的申请者。
工作地点
必须位于洛杉矶，能够通勤至阿罕布拉市（Alhambra）。
