MDB Co. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Shipping Clerk. The Warehouse Shipping Clerk is responsible for processing outbound shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining organized shipping records. This role supports the logistics workflow through data entry, communication, and document management, ensuring a smooth and accurate shipping process.

What you will be doing:

• Assign and prioritize daily shipping orders for processing
• Create and post Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and shipping labels
• Verify accuracy of all shipping documentation against warehouse records and BOLs
• Scan and file BOLs and other shipping documents for proper recordkeeping
• Assist drivers with check-in/check-out procedures and shipment paperwork
• Communicate with logistics teams via Slack and coordinate carrier pickups
• Log shipment data into Microsoft Navision and/or Excel worksheets
• Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical shipping records
• Collaborate with inventory, receiving, and customer service departments to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure the shipping area remains clean, safe, and compliant with company policies

What you bring to the table:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shipping operation
• Familiarity with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers) is a plus
• Commitment to the following hours:
• Mon-Thurs: 1:30pm-10pm
• Fri: 10am-6:30pm

California pay range

$21-$23 USD
