- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash application.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
- Educate clients on aftercare for their eyelash extensions.
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role in the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of color theory and aesthetic principles.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards in a beauty setting.
