Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – California
Location: Merced, California
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote mental health counseling to individuals dealing with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues. This is a telehealth position offering flexibility, support, and a rewarding opportunity to help clients navigate life’s challenges from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients (individuals, adults, adolescents)
- Create and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Participate in case consultations and virtual team meetings
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Active LCSW license in the state of California (required)
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable using technology and telehealth systems
