Job Description
General Job Description: Assists the Customer Experiences Coordinator in pickup and delivery, shuttling customers vehicles for repair, scheduling and implementing Mobile Service appointments, and scheduling customers. Also assists Fixed Operations in cleaning/clerical duties.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely transport dealership and customer vehicles to designated locations.
- Always maintain a clean appearance suitable for customers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism during interactions with customers.
- Communicate effectively with dealership staff regarding scheduling and vehicle logistics.
- Complete vehicle walk around inspection reports and document any issues or concerns.
- Ability to learn and use applications such as Ford Redcap and DriverQ
- Ensure the safety and security of vehicles while in transit.
- Understand scheduling and implementing Mobile Service experiences
- Communicating with parts and service departments about scheduling and parts procurement
- Ability to assist in cleaning service garage which include duties such as floor cleaning, sweeping, and removing trash/scrap--during downtime between pickup/deliveries
- Greet customers and display exceptional customer service
- Other clerical/cleaning duties as assigned
- Strive for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all departments.
- Maintains workplace safety throughout the Corporation.
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask in a busy, multifaceted environment.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Valid PA driver's license
- Clean driving record
