Job Description

North South Consulting Group is seeking Call Center Staff to provide the frontline response for supporting service members and veterans as they navigate mental health and TBI care options as they transition out of uniformed service. These professionals provide empathetic, accurate, and timely responses to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy for Service members, veterans, and their families.
  • Perform triage and gather relevant intake information.
  • Provide basic support and referrals in alignment with program protocols.
  • Document all interactions and track service delivery in accordance with SOPs.
  • Escalate high-risk or complex inquiries to licensed coaching staff.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or medical call center.
  • At least 1 year of experience in triage, care management, motivational interviewing, or crisis counseling.
  • Fluent in English or Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and customer service skills.
  • US Citizenship
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting military or veteran populations.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health resources and triage protocols.
  • Familiarity with secure messaging and call tracking platforms.
This role is contingent on contract award
