Position Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting employees with uniform issues.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

• Completes all counter transaction records to include counting and sorting all garments received and preparing the garments for shipment
• Replaces worn and torn uniforms for employees
• Processes employee transactions for laundry service
• Answers all questions on uniforms and the laundry service
• Maintains accurate documents on all uniforms distributed, goods received and inventories

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prints name tags and organizes new hire uniforms for pick up
• Assists in day bag issuance and retrievals

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task

Training Requirements:

Knowledge of Garment Inventory Management and garment bag systems

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Office work environment
• Must be able to stand, bend and reach for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
