Job Description

Play a vital role in ensuring mission readiness and operational advantage through cutting-edge information management, systems optimization, and resource innovation. As the Mission Information & Technology Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the design, development, and governance of digital infrastructure supporting MQ-9 operations and the broader Air Force mission landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain data vocabularies and metadata catalogs to ensure consistent data access, tagging, and searchability across platforms, locations, and formats.
  • Structure and manage data for specific operational purposes within collaborative user contexts.
  • Develop, maintain, and train users on workflow procedures and ensure timely publication of information.
  • Enforce compliance with Air Force information publishing regulations, including e-mail and internet policies, file plan development, and FOIA protocols.
  • Design, configure, install, and manage operating system and server-level data services.
  • Provide directory services and manage storage networks, electronic messaging systems, and domain configurations.
  • Implement secure authentication practices using Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Standardize user access and system settings via automated deployment tools like Group Policy Objects (GPO).
  • Continuously optimize systems and perform problem resolution for service continuity.
  • Apply and enforce computer security policies and resolve system faults, including service restoration confirmation.
  • Organize, store, and deliver mission-critical resources (data, intelligence, and information) for MQ-9 mission execution across operational functions including PAROC, LRE, MCE, and AOC.
  • Design and maintain IT databases, systems, websites, and tools that support efficient user access and mission information utilization.
  • Conduct research to aggregate mission data across functions like command and control, weather, maintenance, intel, and aircrew planning.
  • Provide quarterly briefs to PAROC/CC or designated leadership regarding innovations and mission IT resource enhancements.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint.
  • Strong experience with database management, software development, and website design.
  • Familiarity with Mardam-Bey Internet Relay Chat (mIRC) and its use in operations.
  • Skilled in managing secure systems and taskings at classification levels up to TS/SCI.
  • Knowledgeable in information governance, including FOIA compliance and official document control.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in DoD intelligence; RPA-specific experience preferred.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on web development experience.
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and populate user-centered digital interfaces with mission-specific data.
  • Must possess a current Security+ certification.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
  • Must be eligible for NATO and ACCM access.
