POSITION DESCRIPTION
TITLE: STATION CLERK
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Store Operation Manager
Controlling Supervisor: KNBS Director
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Must have a valid ABLE License
- Must be 21+
Job Duties/Description:
- To provide customers an outstanding retail experience. The Store Clerk performs a variety of retail functions which derive the highest levels of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills. Able to read and follow directions. Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without constant direction. Able to operate cash register count change to customers.
- Able to lift and carry at least 25 lbs. Stand on your feet for long periods of time. Excellent customer service and Interpersonal skills. Basic math, computer and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be available to work all shifts.
- You must complete in-store SNAP/EBT training within 30 days of employment.
- You must complete in-store OCC training within 30 days of employment.
