Facility: Riverwalk Post Acute
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time shifts available

Reports to: Charge Nurse / Director of Nursing

What You'll Do
As a CNA at Riverwalk, you'll be the heartbeat of our care team. You'll provide hands-on support to residents, helping them with daily activities and ensuring they feel safe, respected, and cared for.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and meals
- Monitor and report changes in resident health or behavior
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with nurses and other team members to deliver exceptional care
- Bring warmth, humor, and kindness to every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Current California CNA certification
- A passion for helping others and making a difference
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm and compassionate in fast-paced situations
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is a plus
