GROW PROGRAM MANAGER
The Garden Foundation is a Las Vegas-based nonprofit supporting individuals with disabilities. We provide education, inspiration, independence, and inclusion, guided by a person-centered approach. Our GROW Program—focused on Giving back, Recreation, Occupation, and Wellness—offers a customized experience for each client based on their goals, skills, and interests.
Position Overview
The GROW Program Manager reports to the Programs Director and plays a key leadership role in classroom support, curriculum development, staff supervision, and individualized client care. The Manager oversees Program Coordinators and contributes to scheduling, family communication, and compliance with state standards.
Job Title: GROW Program Assistant Manager
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
- Salary: Starting at $48,000/year (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
Client & Instructional Support: Provide hands-on care and individualized support to adults with disabilities, including personal care, goal tracking, behavior management, and tailored social skills instruction.
- Direct support and person care (toileting, feeding) for adults with disabilities
- One-on-one goal development and progress monitoring
- Positive behavior management
- Social skills coaching and lesson adaptation
Curriculum & Programming: Lead and contribute to planning and implementing dynamic, goal-driven life skills programming that promotes independence and community engagement.
- Oversee creation of engaging, goal-oriented lesson plans
- Assist with monthly curriculum planning, review and teaching
- Ensure programming on life skills, independence, and community integration
Staff Supervision & Training: Oversee, mentor, and develop program staff to foster a collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team environment.
- Manage, mentor, and support Program Coordinators
- Contribute to onboarding, performance reviews, and accountability systems
- Promote a collaborative, growth-focused team culture
Communication & Administration: Maintain strong communication with families and stakeholders, ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance, and support organizational events and initiatives.
- Support daily client documentation and progress reports
- Communicate with families about goals, progress, and concerns
- Prepare for and represent TGF in client annual meetings
- Submit required reports and comply with state/federal regulations
- Report suspected abuse/neglect in accordance with state law
- Participate in special events and cross-functional projects as needed

Requirements
Must Have:
- Age 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Las Vegas residency
- Clean federally mandated background check
- Two years of management or team leadership
Preferred:
- One year of experience in education or disability services
- CPR certification
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
Physical Requirements
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to handle workplace stress
