A hospice agency is seeking a Director of Nursing! Candidate will manage nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
Duties of Director of Nursing
- Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to standards of care.
- Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee the training and professional development of nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as acute care, hospice care, and home care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and improve overall patient outcomes.
Requirements of Director of Nursing:
- Candidate must be licensed in the state of NJ
- Open to any RN management experience
