Business Management Trainee

With the continued growth of our firm, we are immediately seeking to hire an ambitious professional to support the development and execution of our interactive promotional campaigns. Training will encompass all facets of our business, including:

• Product Knowledge
• Business Development
• Revenue Management / Non-Profit Event Management 
• Goal Setting and Accountability
• Analyzing Data and Inventory
• Customer Service and Acquisition
• Human Resources and Recruiting
• Financial Planning and Accounting

No direct management experience is required for this role since the training we provide is so extensive. 

These are the qualities and qualifications that our most successful team members embody:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or hospitality
• Proficient active listening and interpersonal communication skills
• Superior leadership abilities with strong public speaking skills
• Charismatic, extroverted, and personable
