TreviPay is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor, Arbitration, to lead the daily operations of the arbitration team and ensure timely, accurate, and fair resolution of disputes. This role is responsible for supervising a team of specialists, managing workload distribution, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies, client contracts, and standard operating procedures. The supervisor plays a key role in collaborating with internal departments and external partners to identify root causes of disputes, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

o Oversee the team's day-to-day activities and ensure timely task completion, work distribution, and mentoring.

o Conduct formal performance evaluations, provide constructive coaching, and administer progressive discipline as necessary.

o Assist in maintaining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), Service Level Standards (SLS), and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

o Perform quality assurance reviews and participate in quality assurance calibration.

o Manage relationships with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders, addressing escalations with a strong customer-focused approach.

o Act as a change leader by embracing and driving change, encouraging team members to adapt positively to new initiatives.

o Serve as a resource for policies and procedures, offering insights to leadership for process improvement and documentation.

o Implement and support tactical objectives to align with department goals.

o May assist in the preparation for each client's Quarterly Business Review (QBR) data.

o Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring talented candidates to build and maintain a dedicated, high-performing workforce.

o Inspire a cohesive and collaborative environment.

o Perform additional duties as assigned to support the organizational goals.

Education, Experience, Certification Requirements

o Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience

o 3+ years of leadership experience preferred

o Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others.

o Strong problem-solving skills.

o Encourage professional growth by identifying and supporting development opportunities for employees.

o Exhibits strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and cultivate lasting client relationships.

o Delegate tasks appropriately to optimize team efficiency and productivity.

o Demonstrates advanced organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

o Ability to create and analyze data reports.

o Maintains an in-depth understanding of billing processes and financial principles.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
