What you will do:
- Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Set up dish area, clean dishes, glasses and pots and pans throughout the shift.
- Inpsect dishes as they come out of the machine for cleanliness. Stock plates and kitchen supplies
- Help the Chef with any food prep or cleaning needed.
- Use proper portioning techniques.
- Maintain a clean work space, mop floors and clean walls.
- Put orders away and ensure shelves are organized
