  • Serve as the subject matter expert for safety compliance across all Mission Critical workstreams.

  • Partner closely with project leadership, safety managers, engineers, and field staff.

  • Develop and mentor the next generation of safety professionals-building a high-performing team that supports our succession plan and long-term growth.

  • Lead training, investigations, risk mitigation, and OSHA interactions while helping Ryan maintain industry-leading safety standards.

  • This is a safety-sensitive position requiring deep experience in high-risk environments.

Job Requirements:

  • A proven safety expert with 10+ years in construction safety and deep experience in mission critical or high-risk environments.

  • Technically skilled with LOTO, OSHA 1926/1910 standards, and NFPA 70E.

  • Adept at interpreting one-line diagrams, MOPs, SOPs, and energy systems within data centers and critical infrastructure.

  • Passionate about training, coaching, and developing talent.

  • Skilled in incident investigation, claims management, and regulatory compliance.

You will really stand out if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field experience.

  • OSHA 500/510, CSP, ASP, CHST, GSP, or CIH certifications.

  • CPR/First Aid Certification.

  • Familiarity with ISNetworld, Avetta, and other contractor compliance platforms.
