Physical Therapist Assistant – Full-Time
Location: Fort Gratiot, MI
Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour

What You'll Do:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work closely with our licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Providing hands-on therapy in accordance with therapist-directed plans
- Monitoring patient progress and educating patients and caregivers.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions
- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Michigan PTA license
- Previous experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for patient care
