Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Preschool

Placement Location: Nampa, Idaho

Full-Time | $48–$51/hour | Sign-On Bonus | 4-Day Week | CFs Welcome

Unlocking Potential is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschoolers in the Nampa School District. This is a school-based role in a developmental preschool setting, with students attending four days per week. The position offers a consistent schedule, collaborative environment, and optional paid summer work through our therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs/IFSPs)
• Provide therapy in inclusive classroom settings for children ages 3–5
• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team (SLPs, OTs, PTs, educators)
• Support children during their most critical years of communication development

Position Highlights

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Valid Idaho SLP license (or pending)
