We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Lead (Rokt Thanks)

Target Total Compensation: $310,000 - $385,000, including a fixed annual salary of $210,000 - $260,000, employee equity grant, and world-class benefits.

As a Sr Software Engineering Lead on the Rokt Thanks team, you'll join an autonomous group owning a high-impact problem space in our backend development stack. You'll collaborate closely with talented engineers and product managers to solve complex technical challenges, drive meaningful business value, and shape the future of post-transaction experiences for millions of shoppers. About the role:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of backend features that drive Rokt Thanks' post-transaction experiences for millions of shoppers.
• Own complex product areas with a focus on customer and partner impact, operating with high autonomy and accountability.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and data teams to launch new Rokt Thanks features and optimize real-time offer delivery.
• Build scalable, reliable backend systems and reusable frameworks to support seamless, high-volume ecommerce integrations.
• Mentor and support other engineers, championing best practices in architecture, system health, and continuous delivery.
