We’re Hiring: Physical Therapist – Join Our Expert Team in California!
Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
Location: Pasadena, California
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Are you a passionate Physical Therapist who thrives on helping others recover, grow, and achieve their goals? We’re looking for a dedicated PT to join our dynamic and compassionate care team in California, where you’ll play a key role in transforming lives through movement and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and home programs
- Track progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure optimal care
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active California PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills
- New graduates are welcome – mentorship and training provided
