Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor rental agreements and reservations according to policy
- Assist in the monitoring of inventory on a weekly basis
- Ensure the sales process for invoicing is followed correctly and address any issues
- Provide training to technology coordination team on all aspects of their job functions
- Provide regular training to coordination team on processes and best practices
- Work with Warranty group to ensure warranty is applied and processed correctly
- Work with Ziegler departments to ensure that coordination team is working toward company goals
- Work with sales team on overall sales process improvements
- Run and distribute monthly reports to technology sales and coordination teams
- Implements, maintains, and enforces sales coordination processes
- Assist SITECH General Manager with parts inventory management
- Monitor equipment inventory to ensure accuracy and tracked aged equipment
- Educate and support other Ziegler departments on processes and workflows specific to construction technology equipment
Qualifications:
- 2-year degree required, 4-year College degree preferred
- 5+ years in heavy equipment and agriculture industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Personal Attributes: Customer Focus, Problem Solving Skills, Planning/Organization, Attention to Detail, Leadership, Teamwork
Minimum Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing

The pay range for this position is
$70,000.00 to $87,500.00Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
