Schedule & Compensation

• Hours:

  • Mon, Tues: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Wed, Thurs: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Compensation:

  • 32% of Collections

  • 32% Lab Fee Responsibility (Approx. 30% of Production)

  • Negotiable Daily Guarantee for 90 days based on local benchmarks and historical production

  • Signing Bonus Negotiable — higher for a two-year commitment; one-year contracts still eligible

• New Dental School Graduates

• AEGD and GPR Residents

Ideal candidates are comfortable in a solo-doc role and eager to grow with mentorship and long-term partnership potential. Candidates should:

• Hold a DDS/DMD degree and be licensed (or eligible) in Oklahoma

• Be friendly, humble, and team-oriented

• Have a patient-first mindset and a desire to plant roots in the OKC community
