Job Description
The Night Auditor at The Verve Hotel in Natick, MA is responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, including guest check-in/out, managing reservations, and completing financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in/out process
- Handle reservations and room assignments
- Process nightly financial reports
- Ensure guest satisfaction during the night shift
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently during night hours
- Available to work PM shifts
