**ONLY CANDIDATES ALREADY WITHIN DRIVIN DISTANCE OF AUGUSTA, MAINE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
CTD Staffing is looking for Desktop/Technical Support candidates for a large client of ours who has an office in Augusta, Maine. This will primarily be an Hybrid position (2 days onsite a month) Therefore, only candidates that are within driving distance of Augusta, Maine will be considered. Hours are Sunday - Thursday, 11:30pm-8am and the pay is $29/hour WITH benefits.

Job Description:
Equipment set up (Laptops, docking stations, monitors, etc.).
Maintain inventory log.
Proactively assist end users with simple desktop support.
Ensure that all work is documented for future reference.
Follow quality standards.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong communication skills; both written and spoken.
Provide accurate and complete answers to general use and environment questions in a timely manner.
Provide desktop computer support.
Attend and participate in bi-weekly team and problem review meetings.
Manage the retirement and disposal of obsolete computer equipment.
