JOB SUMMARY
CrossCountry Freight Solutions is a leading logistics and transportation company dedicated to providing exceptional service across the nation. With our extensive network and commitment to reliability, we connect businesses with efficient shipping solutions that keep America moving. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Our CSRs provide outstanding support to our clients, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to our reputation for superior customer care. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their freight and logistics needs are met with professionalism and attention to detail.
SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 10am-6:30pm (Central Time)
PAY: $17-$20/hour (Based on experience and skills)
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Answer and route inbound calls.
- Routinely answer customer inquiries regarding shipping information.
- Work with the Operations and Sales teams for pricing and customer opportunities.
- Input data for pick-up orders and add-ons in a timely manner.
- Perform other clerical/office tasks as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently with minimum supervision.
- The ability to concentrate in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual preferred
WORK CONDITIONS
- A standard office environment.
- Answering the telephone 75-90% of the time.
- Sitting approximately 75-90% of the time.
