Job Description
The Front Desk Supervisor at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area in Somerville, MA will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk staff and schedule
- Ensure efficient guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns
- Train new front desk employees
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Available to work morning, afternoons and evenings
