Job Description
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience performing routine janitorial or custodial work demanding physical stamina
- Residential property management experience preferred
- Have an "eye for excellence" / detail oriented
- Able to read, write and communicate in basic English
- Valid California driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
- Able to meet all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Skilled and knowledgeable in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and cleaning equipment

Our Compensation Philosophy
Fenton's goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive - and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach. To support this goal, we obtain annual market data for each role from similar organizations in the applicable market to ensure we are paying based on current market information. Some of our roles include variable pay, which includes commissions and/or a bonus structure intended to incentivize performance where it matters most.
The compensation range for this position is $20 - $23/hour! The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
