The Concord Hospital Cardiovascular Institute's Vascular Surgery department is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider to join their team of vascular surgery specialists. The ideal candidate will have two years vascular surgery experience. Also willing to train an exceptional candidate with general surgery experience. Must have a passion for patient-centered care, willingness to work in a collegial atmosphere and strive for clinical excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing team that delivers top tier vascular care. The primary role for this position is in support of hospital-based inpatient care, providing pre and post- operative management of vascular patients. Potential opportunity exists for first assist in vascular surgery as well as outpatient clinic consults and follow up care. This position is a 4 day per week schedule with no associated call at this time.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA Program
- 2+ years of Vascular Surgery Experience preferred
- Ability to obtain NH state professional licensing
