Short Description:
16+ years of experience. Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements Salesforce software applications.
Responsibilities:
· Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements Salesforce applications.
· Troubleshoots production problems related to Salesforce applications.
· Researches, tests, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
· Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
· Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
· Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
· Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects to management.
· Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
· Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
· Acts as team leader on projects.
· Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on development team.
· Participates in development of software user manuals.
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required
Ability to fluently read, write, and speak the English language. Required
Self-motivated and creative. Required
Very strong oral and written communication skills. Required 11 Years
11-15 yrs. troubleshooting production problems related to software applications. Required 11 Years
11-15 yrs Software Development Lifecycle experience. Required 11 Years
11-15 yrs requirements gathering and documentation. Required 11 Years
11-15 yrs BA experience. Highly desired 11 Years
Demonstrated Work Experience with Salesforce Platform as a developer. Required 5 Years
Experience with Salesforce Security Models. Required 5 Years
Proficient with Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Visual Force, Native, MySQL and JavaScript. Required 5 Years
Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces. Required 5 Years
Salesforce Developer Certification. Highly desired
Compensation: $79.00 per hour
