The System Administrator (Journeyman) manages the configuration, maintenance, and availability of enterprise IT systems, supporting user access, security compliance, and system stability in secure mission environments.

The System Administrator (Journeyman) manages the configuration, maintenance, and availability of enterprise IT systems, supporting user access, security compliance, and system stability in secure mission environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support servers, workstations, and storage solutions.
- Perform system backups, patch management, and software updates.
- Implement security controls and assist with ATO documentation.
- Respond to user issues and service requests.
- Monitor system health and optimize performance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and configuration baselines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related field.
- 4–6 years of experience administering secure systems.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux systems.
- Knowledge of DoD STIGs, RMF, and system accreditation processes.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
