Benhase Holdings LLC is a Dunkin' Franchisee with 11 stores (and growing) looking for a full-time, skilled General Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep tasks on equipment as well as cleaning in multiple store locations. The ideal employee will be responsible for applying mechanical knowledge to equipment and ensuring facilities are clean, guest-ready, and consistently maintained.

Tasks are to be performed in conformity with organizational and Dunkin' brand requirements/procedures and food safety consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic preventative maintenance on food service equipment (ice machines, coffee & espresso equipment, ovens, etc.)
• Perform basic tasks such cleaning windows, walls, and ceilings.
• General exterior building maintenance (weed prevention and removal, power washing, cleaning, etc.)
• Operate basic power tools and equipment (drills, leaf blowers, lawn mowers, etc.)
• Maintain and operate a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts inventory.
• Provide accurate and timely work while minimizing equipment down-time.
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested.
• Collaborate with immediate supervisor to ensure that all tasks are being accomplished in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively and maintain friendly relationships with store managers and employees and provide a helpful communication pathway to supervisors and Multi-Unit Leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school education.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Preferred experience with restaurant equipment maintenance and/or troubleshooting.
• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work with moving mechanical parts, heated surfaces, and basic cleaning
• chemicals.
• General basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical concepts.
