Overview: We are seeking a highly capable, adaptable, and service-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff (EVP). This role will also work very closely to support our Chief Executive Officer. This is a dynamic, high-trust role that blends executive assistance, high touch communication, and hands-on operational support. The ideal candidate is proactive, sharp, discreet, and thrives in both structured executive environments and fast-paced, personal settings. This person will act as a trusted partner to the Chief of Staff (EVP) - coordinating schedules, managing logistics, handling business and personal tasks, and ensuring smooth execution across all facets of the Chief of Staff and Chief Executive Officer's day. Executive and Administrative Support (Approximately 70%)
- Manage multiple complex calendar coordination and meeting flow across multiple time zones
- Triage inboxes and prioritize communication to protect executive focus
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and executive updates
- Assist in preparing materials and presentations for the Board of Directors
- Track tasks, deliverables, and deadlines across strategic initiatives
- Coordinate business travel, itineraries, and security needs
- Manage reimbursement and expense tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Assist in tracking and reconciling executive budgets
- Assist in reviewing monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Assist in supporting company-wide administrative events, initiatives, and operational priorities
- Proactive in offering support to other administrative professionals when help is needed
- Assist in special projects planning, coordination, and execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of leadership meetings, offsites, and internal or external events
- Oversee vendor selection, guest coordination, run-of-show
- Other tasks, as requested
Personal and Household Coordination (Approximately 30%)
- These responsibilities are performed at the discretion of the EVP and CEO and are considered incidental to the primary business support function of the role. They are included to ensure seamless coordination across the executive's personal and professional obligations, and are not the primary duties of the position :Strong administrative skill set (Microsoft suite, standard office software)
Assist with select errands, travel, and household logistics Coordinate with service providers for appointments, maintenance, and recurring needsMaintain organized personal records and manage document filing systemsSupporting high-level tracking of personal finance tasks (e.g., reminders, payment scheduling), while not serving as a financial advisor, custodian, or account manager Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries in all personal-related responsibilitiesOther tasks, as requested
Qualifications
- Minimum associate's degree, bachelors preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in any administrative focused or support role
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
- Some experience in personal assisting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendar and inbox management), PowerPoint, and Excel is required
- Reliable transportation is required for occasional offsite errands or in-person event support, where applicable.
- Ability to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check

Present and walk through your administrative portfolio that reflects your work style and process - this will be conducted in a live conversation or virtual setting. Your portfolio can be tailored at your discretion but at minimum, should include the following:
- Meeting agendas or briefing materials
- Task management examples (project boards or checklists)
- Morning/weekly check-in structures or daily alignment workflows
- Travel itineraries or logistics coordination
- Sample emails or communication mockups
- Calendar strategies or scheduling systems
- Event or offsite planning materials
- Presentations you've built
- Personal vs. corporate task balancing tools
This role is based in Henderson, Nevada. Candidates outside the area are welcome to apply; however, please note that CleanSpark may offer partial relocation
