Overview
As an F45 Fitness Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional workout experiences to our members. Whether you're leading a class, demonstrating exercises, or assisting with studio maintenance, your dedication to excellence will drive our community's success.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and Demonstrate Workouts: Execute F45's signature workouts with energy and precision, ensuring members understand and perform exercises safely and effectively.
  2. Studio Cleaning and Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment by assisting with regular cleaning tasks and equipment upkeep.
  3. Admin Duties: Support studio operations by assisting with administrative tasks such as member check-ins, scheduling, and inventory management.

Part-Time Role (Currently Hiring):

  • Lead scheduled classes.
  • Assist with light studio cleaning and maintenance as needed.
  • Participate in occasional administrative tasks.

Expectations:

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early to scheduled class times to greet and open the door for the members.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, fostering a supportive atmosphere for members.


Qualifications:

  1. Certification in personal training, group fitness instruction, or a related field (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
  2. CPR/AED certification.
  3. Ability to motivate and inspire others.
  4. Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and engage participants.
  5. Passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to helping others reach their wellness goals.
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
