Director Of Nursing - DON (RN Or Lpn)

Salary range is from $83,000-$108,000 based on education and experience. Additional bonus potential of up to $24,000 annually based on meeting specified metrics.

As a Director of Nursing- DON (RN or LPN) in Assisted Living/Personal Care at Country Meadows, you have the opportunity to set the standard among our team and help contribute to our welcoming, loving and caring environment for both our residents and co-workers in our home-like setting. As a Director of Nursing- DON (RN or LPN) you will build relationships with your clinical team, collaborate with the interdisciplinary departments to manage the resident plan of care. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about caring for older adults, have strong critical thinking and a demonstrated evidence of managing change.

Shift: 8am-4pm, with flexibility in shift and weekends to fits needs of campus

Director of Nursing- DON (RN or LPN) Responsibilities:

• Oversees the Assisted Living/Personal Care department with the goal of providing a safe, homelike environment where residents can achieve and maintain their fullest level of wellness and function.
• Utilizes sound management principles to maintain a motivated and stable staff.
• Manages resident health and wellness through regular resident monitoring and communication to the resident care team.

Director of Nursing- DON (RN or LPN) Requirements:

• Current unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state where employed.
• Minimum one year of experience in Assisted Living, Personal Care or similar health care environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment strongly preferred.
• CPR certified.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
