Job Description
Kornerstone, a subsidiary of Garff Enterprises, Inc., is a rapidly growing automotive consulting & administrative services firm. We provide aftermarket products and services to car dealerships nationwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Service Contract Claims Administrator who will continue our legacy of exceptional service for clients in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
- Automotive repair knowledge (general to excellent)
- Superior phone, communication, and customer relation skills, including conflict resolution
- Problem-solving, both independent and collaborative
- Computer proficiency. Reynolds and Reynolds and/or Tekion experience is a plus
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Complete honesty and integrity
- Spanish-speaking ability is a BIG plus!
Job Description:
The Service Contract Claims Administrator will perform the following:
Claims processing and service contract support (primary)
Receive, organize, and review service contract claims
Approve payments for network and non-network claims
Phone support (primary)
Receive and process phone calls, faxes, and emails from repair shops, contract holders, accounting offices, F&I offices
Handle customer complaints and other inquiries
Reporting and analysis (secondary)
Report monthly claims data to appropriate departments
Analyze claims data for trends and controls
Participate in underwriting for contract pricing as needed
